Cake Tasting Boxes
I do rounds of tasting boxes every 2-3 months on a weekend for pickup, please place your orders here for my next round.
Policies, Things to Note, FAQ’s
My fondant usage is very minimal, limitations will apply depending on design. All cakes will be iced in a vanilla buttercream for decorative purposes. The filling is where you get to choose!
DELIVERY & SETUP
Any cakes that are multi-tier will require delivery and set up, the cost of delivery will automatically be added to your order total. Price will depend on destination and how long of a set up it requires.
NOTICE
I require at least 4-6 months notice for a wedding to ensure I’m available. There are some exceptions of course so please reach out and I will see if I can accommodate!
FRESH FLORALS
Any cakes that require fresh florals or greenery (single or multi tier) will need to be put on the cake the day of the wedding. Even if you have a single tier cutting cake, picking this up the day before with fresh florals is not possible.
CONTRACTS
An initial contract will be written up for the initial nonrefundable deposit agreement of $100 to secure bookings. Secondary contract will be written up after we’ve had our consultation outlining what my services will be along with terms and conditions.
MODIFICATIONS
It’s completely understandable that things may change. Number of guests increasing or decreasing, change of heart, whatever the reason, things happen! Unfortunately modifications after we’ve finalized details will incur a $50 fee on top of any price adjustments. Modification requests inside of 4 weeks will not be granted.
BOOKING
I’m available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays for most orders. Weddings can be scheduled any day of the week provided the total order value exceeds $400 if it doesn’t exceed $400 it will need to be booked on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday only.
PAYMENT
After we’ve finalized all the details, I will issue you an invoice. Upon receipt 50% of the order total will be due. The final total will reflect any deposits made. The balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
CANCELLING
Cancelling outside of 8 weeks you will just be charged your non refundable deposit.
Cancelling between 2-8 weeks you will be charged 50% of your final order total.
Cancelling inside of 2 weeks you will be charged the total cost without any compensation.
