Where are you located?

I’m located in Coquitlam in the Burke Mountain area.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available to Coquitlam and surrounding areas for an additional fee. If you’ll be requiring delivery please specify your location in your order inquiry. If you decide later you want delivery there’s a chance I won’t be able to accommodate as deliveries are slotted into my schedule around other orders.

How far in advance should I order?

I ideally require 4 weeks notice for all orders (Holiday pre order bookings are exempt as they have their own cut off date for ordering) subject to my availability. (I tend to book up about 4-6 weeks in advance), but of course I will try my best to accommodate whenever it’s possible, for last minute orders depending on how big and what’s being ordered, a rush fee may be added to the total cost.

I take orders up to 4 months out to be able to accept payment in full. Any orders further in advance I will only take a deposit to secure the date as prices are subject to change that far out.

I recommend ordering as soon as you know the details.

How do I place an order?

I take orders placed via email only - purchase this booking fee to book in!

When ordering to make the process go as smoothly as possible, please tell me:

  • when you need your order for (date & time)

  • specify how many people you’re serving

  • specific flavours

  • specific colours

  • reference photos if you have them

  • please notify me of any allergies

Please note I do require a non refundable booking fee to secure any dates. Order details need to be finalized 1-2 weeks prior to your order date.

Do you offer Gluten Free, Vegan or any other allergy friendly options?

At this point in time I am still recipe testing for options like these. However, one flavour I offer is gluten friendly. I don’t market it as gluten free just due to the fact that I use wheat and other allergens in my kitchen and can’t be 100% certain it’s free of allergen contaminates. My kitchen would not be suitable for anyone with extreme allergies. Please reach out directly if you have any questions regarding allergens.

When can I expect a reply from you about my inquiry?

As I am only one person, I do have to balance between the kitchen and the computer. Of course if I’m able to answer you sooner I absolutely will but if you’re waiting on a reply from me, please allow a full 5 days for me to get back to you!

How should I pay?

When I confirm your order I will send your total in an invoice. Payment must be made by e-transfer by the due dates indicated on your invoice.

How can I tip you?

I need to cancel my order, will I be refunded?

Refunds as a store credit will only be given if cancellation is outside of 2 weeks from your pickup or delivery date. Inside the two weeks there will be no refunds. For more information on this, please view my store policies.
