(formatted in MM-DD-YYYY) Please note I am only available Fridays-Sundays. *** fresh floral cakes are not something you can pick up the day ahead.

PICKUP HOURS: Fridays: 12pm-4pm Saturdays: 10am-4pm Sundays: 4pm-6pm (I work at my other job Sundays so there is no early pickup option for Sunday)

Do you require delivery? if yes, where?

Deliveries can be requested later in the day, but it needs to be specified as far in advance as possible. Please note some cake sizes will require you to select delivery.

Inspiration/ideas?

Feel free to send an email behind this form with any photos you have for inspiration to bakesbykenz@outlook.com. Note that I don't copy other artists work and I will require a certain level of creative freedom. I also have a certain style I gravitate towards. Fondant work is little to none.

How many people are you serving?

Cake size?

Select your cake size that you think will best suit your needs, the price you see next to the size is the ****STARTING PRICE**** and does not take into account final design and flavour choices. Standard and tall 10" cakes are only available for tiered cakes. Tallest and skyscraper cakes are not available for pickup and must be delivered. STANDARD: 3 layers of cake with filling in between TALL: 4 layers of cake with filling in between TALLEST: 5 layers of cake with filling in between (dowels and cake boards inside the cake are used for support) SKYSCRAPER: 6 layers of cake with filling in between (dowels and cake boards inside the cake are used for support)

Cake flavour?

This will be the layers for your cake. Any flavours that cost additional fees will be tacked on top of the design cost.

Cake filling flavour?

This will be the filling between cake layers for your cake. Any flavours that cost additional fees will be tacked on top of the design cost.

Barrier buttercream flavour?

This is not necessary if you choose a buttercream for your cake filling. The buttercream barrier is to contain and encase a softer filling, like curds, and custards (peanut butter buttercream and cream cheese frosting also apply to being soft filling) If you do not choose a barrier buttercream it will be vanilla by default if you have a soft filling

Allergies?

Please note my kitchen would not be suitable for anyone with extreme allergies. Please reach out by email directly if you have any questions regarding allergens.

I am looking to....

I charge $30 for exact quotes. This will go towards your order provided you are able to proceed. The $30 fee is for my time if you're unable to. You're welcome to request a generalized quote for free just know it will be a ballpark price range and not exact as exact quotes take time. ****Purchasing the quote fee does not secure your order unless you proceed. To secure a date the cost is $50. This is the service you would select if you're wanting secure your date of choice and know for a fact you will be proceeding with your order from me. This purchase will come off your order total provided you proceed. ***** If you're looking to book more than one date you will have purchase a booking for each date.

E-transfer for payment

Once I receive your form and I have clarified that I'm available for your date of choice, if you have requested a paid option (quote or to secure a date) I do require payment via e-transfer to be made to bakesbykenz@outlook.com. Please put your first and last name as seen in this form in the message area for your transfer. If I haven't received payment within 24 hours after I have confirmed my availability and that I can honour your request your inquiry will be cancelled and your spot will be given to the next in line.
